Chimay
Chimay is world-famous for its beer and cheese. In 1862, the monks of Chimay already brewed their first traditional abbey beer. And in the 20th century they developed the Blue Chimay, which is still brewed in the same way today, followed by the Tripel Chimay. The Chimay Grande Réserve, Chimay Cinq Cents, Chimay Red and Chimay Gold soon followed.
