  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel you order online as long as it has not been prepared. To do this, click the link in your order confirmation e-mail or go to “My orders” in your account menu (if you have registered for an account).
  • What do I need to do if I want to cancel my order after it's past preparation already?

  • When is my cancellation refunded?
    The amount due will be refunded as soon as your cancellation or return(s) are processed. Please note it might take a few days before the amount is available in your account or reflected on your credit card statement.
  • How can I return my goods?
    You can return your goods at the airport by returning them to the pick up point as long as the sealed plastic bag has not been opened. In case you have already left the airport, you will have to contact the responsible vendor which is listed on your receipt. The return policy and contact details for each vendor can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
  • Which products can I return?
    For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of liquids, aerosols, gels or food products.
    Products can only be returned as long as they are unopened and in unused condition.
