How to order
  • How do I place an order?
    Select the products you wish to purchase. When proceeding to checkout, you will be requested to provide some additional data. Note that orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to your departure or intended pickup time.  During checkout, you can choose to either register for an account or to checkout as a guest.
    Upon completion of your payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email.
  • Why do I need to provide additional information?
    While shopping at the Brussels Airport shop, some information is required in order to show you correct prices (either IN EU or OUT EU) and to determine where you will be able to pick up your order.
    You can change the information you have provided, either from the “info banner” or on a “product detail page”. Note that changing this information, may cause your prices to be recalculated and may change your order’s pickup location. 
  • What payment types are supported?
    Currently we support credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
    In addition to these cards we also support payments via Bancontact.
  • When is my payment processed?
    Your payment is processed immediately after confirming your order. Please note it might take a couple of days until your payment is reflected on your account or credit card statement.
  • What happens to my payment when I either partially or fully cancel my order?
    Your refund will equal the amount of canceled goods and will be processed as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. Please note it might take a few days before the amount appears in your account or on your credit card statement.
