The pickup point is determined based on the information you have provided before checkout.
As soon as you have placed your order, you will be informed of the name of the pickup point along with a reference picture and its location on an airport map. Our pickup points are also clearly marked and easily recognisable when walking through the airport. There’s no need to queue when you collect your order.

Where will I be able to pick up my goods?
- The Brussels Airport information desk in the departures hall; open daily from 06:00 till 21:00.
- At the end of the walkthrough store at Pier A; This pickup point is open: 06:00-13:00 on 20/4. 07:00-14:00 on 21, 28/4. 08:00-15:00 on 22, 26, 29/4. 04:30-19:00 on 23, 24, 30/4. 08:30-15:30 on 25/4. 05:00-12:00 on 27/4.
- At the end of the walkthrough store at Pier B; This pickup point is open: 08:00-15:00 on 20, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30/4. 09:00-16:00 on 23, 29/4. Closed on 21, 28/4.
Can I pick up my goods when I arrive?Yes, if you have selected an inbound flight, your order will be waiting for you at the Information Desk in the departures hall. On your order confirmation page, you will find a reference picture and its location on an airport map. Make sure to keep your order confirmation mail close by, as you will need it to collect your order.
What happens when I don't collect my goods?Orders which are not collected will be canceled and the total amount paid will be refunded.
Please note it might take a few days before the amount appears in your account or on your credit card statement.
I received the wrong goods when picking up my order.At the time of pickup, you have the right to reject the goods, in case they do not match your ordered items.
