Starbrook Airlines

Starbrook Airlines, Jaak De Koninck’s imaginary airline, combines Belgian chocolate with art, in a partnership with Patrick Gilis, called Starbrook Airlines Chocolate. Discover this unique mix of ingredients: vintage design and top-notch chocolate.

In 1998, the artist Jaak De Koninck met Patrick Gilis, the founder of Starbrook Airlines Chocolate. Together they designed the first packaging for a chocolate bar, called Lady ‘Milk Hazelnut’, laying the foundation for a successful collaboration between Belgian art and chocolate.

Currently Starbrook Airlines Chocolate exports its chocolates to more than 80 countries. The pure passion and determination of these two artists are known the world over. The chocolates and packaging are constantly reinvented to guarantee only the best quality.
