Description

Ron Zacapa XO is crafted using an adapted Sistema Solera ageing process whereby rums of different ages and personalities are blended and matured in a series of casks previously used to store robust Americain whiskies, delicate sherries & fine Pedro Ximenez wines. The final ageing stage for the XO is in French Oak barrels that previously held cognac.
