Smoky and bold, Highland Park Spirit Of The Bear 40° pays homage to a creature admired by the Vikings for its resilience and independence. The whisky's intense aromatic smokiness is producyed by Highland Park's unique, Orkney heather peat, hand-cut from Hobbister Moor, only seven miles from the distillery. A bright, natural golden straw colour, it is primarily matured in sherry seasoned American Oak casks.
