Description

Founded in 1836, Radermacher Distillery is one of the oldest distilleries in Belgium. 1836 Organic Gin is the fi rst Belgian gin that has been certifi ed Organic, authentically crafted at every stage of its process. For this unique recipe, we infuse 11 of the classic gin aromatics - juniper berries, elderfl ower, bergamot, orange and lemon peel, coriander, angelica root, orange peel, cardamom, lavender and cinnamon - into a distillate made from certifi ed Organic grain.

The story of Radermacher starts in 1836 when the family established a jenever distillery. The secrets of jenever production were handed down from father to son. But there were plenty of obstacles to overcome during the two World Wars. Nonetheless the family survived, restarting production after the war.
