You can conveniently pick up your purchases on the way to your gate. For flights within the Schengen zone, it's best to arrive at the airport 1,5 to 2 hours prior to departure.

How do I create an account?

Click the profile icon located at the top of the page to access the login/registration page and fill in the form. Your account will be immediately created.
How do I log in and log out of my account?

Under the Profile icon at the top of the page, select "Login" and enter your username and password. To log out of your account, just select the "Log out" option.
How do I change my personal details?
Log in and choose one of the following options:
- Select "Personal details" to change your first name and/or last name.
- Select "Password" to change your password.
- Select "Email address" to change your email.
I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

You can request a new password by clicking "Forgot your password" on the Login/Register page. You will receive an email with a link where you can reset your password.
